At Jax Mobile Services, we pride ourselves on our convenient and efficient repair process. Our team travels directly to your location, saving you the hassle of transporting your equipment to a shop. We strive to be punctual, aiming to arrive within an hour of the scheduled time. While your presence for issue discussions is valued, if you're unavailable, simply leave the machine outside for easy access. Rest assured, repairs are completed on-site for your convenience. Even if you're away, we'll keep you informed by texting a repair summary and emailing a detailed invoice, complete with information on the services provided, parts used, and instructions for online payment.

Before we begin, we need info on your equipment: make, model, and serial numbers. Visit the helpful link to find these. If you have multiple machines, select Additional Equipment from the Add to your Appointment section. Provide Make/Model/Serial number in the Symptoms area and let us know what services you are interested in.
